All online Business transactions in the current Business Filing System will be unavailable beginning December 5 at 5:00 pm and will remain unavailable through December 8, 2024 as we transition systems.

If you have a prepaid account balance in the current Business Filing System, you will receive a refund to the name and address on file. The accounts will not be available in the new system.
